Production Time
All JAMSAE products are carefully handcrafted and undergo quality inspection before shipment.
• Standard Production Time: Approximately 3 business days
• After production, we will photograph your product and send the images to you for confirmation
• Once you confirm the photos, we will arrange shipment
Order Tracking
• After the order has been shipped, it typically takes 1–2 business days to upload the tracking number to your order page
• You will also receive an email notification containing your tracking information
• You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until it arrives

• For most countries, we can prepay customs taxes and duties, so you will not need to pay additional import fees
• Exceptions include certain countries such as Switzerland and Brazil, where customers may need to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery
