Return Policy
Overview
JAMSAE is committed to providing high-quality sex torso dolls for personal use.
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
By purchasing from JAMSAE, you acknowledge and agree that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
Hygiene and Safety Notice
Sex torso dolls are personal hygiene products.
Once delivered, these items are considered used from a hygiene standpoint even if no visible use has occurred.
To protect all customers and ensure sanitary handling, JAMSAE does not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exceptions – Shipping Damage or Wrong Item
Although returns for hygiene reasons are strictly prohibited, JAMSAE does provide solutions for shipping errors or defective items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, or the wrong item was shipped, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.• You must provide photos or an unboxing video showing the packaging, shipping label, and issue clearly.
• After verification, JAMSAE may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product
- Provide a partial or full refund
- Offer replacement parts
Note: Damage caused by customer misuse after delivery is not eligible.
Customized Products
All customized products (special measurements, colors, textures, internal structures) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
