These Terms are effective until terminated by the user or JAMSAE. Users may terminate by ceasing site use. JAMSAE may terminate access without notice if policy breaches or harmful behavior are suspected. All outstanding fees remain payable up to the termination date.
Section 17 – Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with JAMSAE-published policies, represent the full and final agreement, superseding all prior drafts, communications, or statements. Any ambiguity will not be interpreted against JAMSAE.
Section 18 – Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
